I have been a Brookline resident for nearly 11 years, first as a renter, and now as a homeowner in a multifamily house in Precinct 9. Like many other families, we chose Brookline for its walkability, schools, and community.
I am a teacher and parent to three children who are, or have been, in PSB. I have two children currently at FRR and one who graduated from BHS in May of 2025.
I worked in the Brookline Schools from the Fall of 2015 until the spring of 2021. I am a middle school French teacher and during my time in Brookline I worked at both Hayes and FRR. I left Brookline schools to teach in Newton in the Fall of 2023. This change puts me in a position to advocate for the education Brookline needs as a community member while having an understanding of the challenges our schools are facing both as an educator and as a parent.
As someone who is passionate about politics and who cares deeply about my community, I want to take part in finding solutions to help Brookline thrive not just in the present, but for the next 20 years and beyond. To me, a thriving Brookline is a place that is welcoming, affordable, economically diverse and strives to meet the demands of a changing climate.
